Submissions
Authors should submit a one-page abstract through the online system at cfa.cigre.ca before February 15, 2019. Upon abstract acceptance, a 6-8 pages paper in CIGRE format must be submitted by the final deadline. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and will be published in the online library (www.e-cigre.org), provided at least one author is fully registered and presents the paper at the conference.
