The 2025 International CIGRE Symposium in Montreal will bring together international, regional, and local key players in the electric power systems sector: business leaders, system operators, manufacturers, engineers, scientists, policymakers, regulators, and academics. This will be a unique forum where the latest trends and developments within the evolving energy sector will be discussed, where exciting new research and breakthroughs will be shared, technical knowledge exchanged, and future directions discussed. This event will be hosted by the Canadian National Committee and will replace the successful annual Canadian event: CIGRE Canada Conference & Exhibition, which gathers some 700 Canadian and North American experts every year.
